Great room

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Coffee in the lobby was good (much better than what you can make in the room). The driveway is *really* hard to see from one direction (when the hotel is on your right). Better signage would be helpful.

Very comfortable stay, staff were friendly, rooms were modern and clearly recently updated (within ten years or so is my guess). Water pressure in the shower was awesome, but the way the shower door was installed means you had to be all the way in the shower to turn it off. Not the worst but it's never fun to get a blast on cold water on you when trying to turn on the shower. Gym was well equipped and the pool and hot tub were lovely. Its right next to Costco which was great for getting gas. Not in a bad spot, you're about 20 or so minutes from downtown. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Pretty good overnight stay at this property next to the big Costco. Special kudos to Taylor at the front desk reception for his great attitude. Plenty of parking at the back of the hotel. The entrance is a bit odd with a very sharp right turn while going uphill.

We booked the Sheraton Four Points Hotel for the Canadian Little League Championship games which was a 10 day tournament held at Layritz ballpark. We had 6 teams, their coaches, 10 umpires and families of the teams stay here. We also had a banquet for 240 people during the event. We dealt with Malcolm Stevens who put together a great proposal after hearing our priorities, and he and the staff at Four Points sure delivered in amazing fashion. Their experience in hosting sports teams is impressive. The hotel rooms are excellent. The food is great. The setup for the banquet was amazing, with AV, screens, well thought out setup and a buffet that was loved by these young athletes and the adults in attendance. We spent a fair bit of time searching out a venue for this tournament, and I'm so happy that Malcolm spent time to search me out, listen to our priorities and respond with a proposal that met our needs and our budget. I give this venue and their staff a FIVE STAR recommendation and want to thank the entire Four Points team for making this a huge success for the teams from Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and the BC lower mainland as well as the umpires from across Canada and the families that stayed there. I had nothing but glowing praise from many attendees.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed at four points for 2 nights and the experience would lead me to avoid this in the future.

First, the good parts. We had room 118 and it was quite large and has a balcony.

The bad. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 2:30 expecting to wait a bit. But the wait lasted until 4:15pm. With no explanation for the delay.

The ugly. Check out time was 11am, at 9am there was a clerk knocking on our door, which had a do not disturb tab on, to ask if we’re checking out.

As a result, I would avoid four point in the future.

Unprofessional front clerk. Don't think I will ever stay here again.

Attended a wedding reception. Food and service were excellent. Lots of parking behind the hotel. Great job enabling the newlyweds to enjoy their day.

Our flight was delayed, we couldn’t make it and the hotel charged us anyway. The gentleman was very unreasonable, didn’t help us at all, telling us for cancellations we need to call 48 hours previously, and he was loosing money! Did we know that we couldn’t get the flight connection?
We will never even attempt to book with this hotel.

I seem to be coming here a lot. No complaints other than this area doesn't have the best cell reception.

The room was clean and spacious. They did make a mistake with our hotel block but they did upgrade our room and gave us breakfast vouchers. However they did charge the wrong credit even though we confirmed and put the correct card on file. That was very frustrating.

My family of eight just stayed at the Four points by Sheraton and it was a delightful experience. I travel a lot and I found the room size impressive. We booked three rooms, all were very large and such comfortable beds. The corner units even had a balcony. The staff were very responsive to any questions. They did experience a small issue with the elevators but the staff helped carry everything up the stairs even with a smile.
We also experienced the restaurants and it was a 10 out of 10 experience.the food was great and the coffee was free. The manager Mr. Izelgue was very consideration and patient.

As a Gold elite customer, one of the most expensive but worst Marriot stays I had in past couple years. Dated room, no water pressure in shower! Recommend avoiding this place. I paid with points worth $370 and felt like sleeping in a motel room!

No acknowledgement of Bonvoy status for anything.
