My room was pretty big, but other than that, I would rather have spent the money at a different hotel. It was pretty expensive for a Marriot with mediocre amenities and no view.
Amazing!
Great food and service in restaurant
Not a bad hotel, availability of the right room type can be problematic at times.
Solely giving this because the amount of people complaining about nearby construction. The hotel cannot control things that are happening nearby. Complaining about the construction nearby is like complaining about it being cold outside.
Decent stay at four points by Sheraton. Bedrooms are clean and the facilities are ample. There is swimming pool sauna hot tub. The breakfast is made to order not buffet so it might cost $15 to $30 per person. There is free parking available on the premises.
Friend came to visit and we got her a room . She found mice in her room the Saturday night , front desk took their time sending someone to help her with the mice . She was only moved into another room as she demanded it . Front desk didn't care and played off the issue like it wasn't a big deal for mice to be on her room . It was so bad there was mice poop in her suitcase . I would stay away from this hotel
We love Four points by Sheraton hotel and always stay there when we come to Victoria. The hotel is very clean. I like the fact that the hotel is not in the capital itself, but a little bit to the side. Downtown has become very dirty in recent years, there are a lot of homeless people. In the area of the hotel there is a private sector, shopping plazas, Costco, Save on food, Winners, Walmart, Cineplex.. In this city we found a lot of good restaurants, Thai, Japanese. There is a restaurant in the hotel itself, where we usually have breakfast. Breakfasts are very tasty. Although we miss the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi (open until 10pm). And also a gym (24/7). There is free tea and coffee in the lobby. The staff is usually very kind and ready to help.
Great service, good rooms and good location. Will be back.
Room is a bit old but very clean and spacious. Service is prompt and attentive. Location is perfect if you have a car

This was one of the worst Marriott experiences we have ever had. This hotel was a complete waste of points/money. We booked a room for 3. Normally when I book a room for 3 and we end up in a king room it will have a pull out couch or they bring in a roll away to accommodate the number of guests on the reservation. Not here. When asked for a cot and said I’d be happy to pay extra if needed, the guy at the front desk said,” Maybe next time you should look at the room photos instead of assuming they could accommodate the number of people we communicated on the reservation”. After making the request at the front desk I had to message 3 more times. We needed to go to sleep early but that didn’t happen because it took 4 hours for them to actually bring the cot. Then there was a bunch of teams staying the same weekend. People were being so loud in the halls and outside our windows that we couldn’t sleep. In addition, I asked multiple times for extra pillows in person and via messages because one person in our party needed to sleep sitting up. This had never been an issue at other Marriott properties but apparently it is here because we never got the pillows. I gave up mine so at least one of us could sleep. Still no pillows the second night. After a long day I thought I’d go soak my back in the hot tub but nope. It was so loud and there were so many kids in the hot tub there was no room for anyone else both evenings. No relaxing was going to happen. Of course that’s not the hotels fault but it was disappointing that not only was I not sleeping but I could not use the amenities to relax like I’d hoped. Long waits at the single working elevator. Saturday we decided we’d try the restaurant downstairs for breakfast. As we came downstairs we got directed to a ballroom. We thought it was strange but headed that direction. As we approached the door we were asked what team my son was on. We said,” Oh no…he’s not on a team. We were just regular guests.” The staff member replied by telling us we needed to go to the restaurant like we were trying to sneak in or something. I didn’t said it but was thinking Yah I know … that is where we were trying to go and got redirected. So we get to the restaurant it’s only got about 4 tables of people and we are the only ones waiting to be seated so it was not busy. We stood there being ignored for about 5min until a waitress finally directed us to a table that hadn’t been cleared from the previous guest. We sat and waited at a dirty table for another 20min with no one acknowledging us, clearing the table , bringing water or menus. Wait staff passed us multiple times and didn’t say a word. We were so hungry we finally just got up and left. Every interaction we had we remained kind and calm as we’ve worked in service in the past and know kindness goes a long way. Let me tell you it doesn’t matter here. The one bright spot was a very sweet trainee at the front desk named Trinity. I wish we could just get our points back for this stay. Disappointed for sure.
Nice food, very good location
Great location , super friendly and helpful staff? Clean 👍👍
We had a great weekend at the Four Points in Langford. This is our second time staying here and we had a fantastic experience. The Front Desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. We stayed on the 1st floor, as it is pet friendly. We had a nice balcony and a very spacious room. My only suggestion is that the shower is quite slippery. They do provide shower mats so you don't slip. The amenities are great. The shampoo and body wash smell so nice. The hotel offers an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend. We spent a lot of our time there. The pool is nice and warm and the hot tub was amazing. I wish I could get a membership for the pool. There is also an on-site restaurant called the Metropolitan, which is also very tasty. If you are not already a Marriott Bonvoy member, you can register for free and you get to earn points for free stays. The location is great - right beside Costco and there is shopping/restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you are here for business or vacation!
Our stay was okay. We stayed as a group of 15 families during a hockey tournament. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.
However, a major disappointment was that our entire group was accommodated on the first floor—the same floor where pets are allowed. None of the families were asked if they were comfortable staying in rooms where pets had previously been. Some children and adults in our group had allergies and had to deal with the consequences.
This was poor customer service on the hotel's part, as hotels usually ask guests if they are okay with pet-friendly rooms. When some families brought up their concerns with the front desk, we were told the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. However, allergens can remain on walls, curtains, and other surfaces, making a deep clean necessary.
During our stay, we even witnessed a room being cleaned after a pet had stayed there, and a new guest checked in shortly after—without any special cleaning procedures.
Overall, this experience was disappointing, and we would not stay at this location again.
