Whenever I go to Victoria I would go at least once to Frankie's. Their food quality, service and atmosphere is always meeting the expectations.

Personally, I like Frankie's for Diner, so when I found out that they did breakfast I jumped all over it. It was nice to go to breakfast where is was not as noisy as some breakfast places. There was elbow room to spare. The hostess sat us at a wrap around booth that was both comfortable and semi private. As usual, Frankie's did not disappoint. Our meal was delicious. As a matter of fact, my daughter commented that who was cooking, loved their job!
Our server Mackenzie was absolutely wonderful and attentive without being bothersome. I think she enjoyed the energy of our table as much as we enjoyed her grace and charm.

We went for dinner. Most people ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was tender and it combined well with the waffles. The soup and salad was quite good. Service was ok for how busy it was as the servers were constantly in motion.

I come to Frankie’s whenever I’m on the island, and it’s always an excellent experience. That being said, I had a particularly great server today named James. He was super professional and hilarious.
Ask to sit in James’ section. Thank me later.

I had the fish and chips and they were great. Perfectly cooked. And my daughter had chicken and waffles for the first time and loved them aswell.

The food was delicious, and the service and vibe were awesome—our cheerful waitress really made it special!

Good service, good food, good price

The place is quiet and calm. Staff are super friendly. Coffee is really nice. My only real complaint is the salad was way too small and the salmon filet was tiny for the price in comparison to other places, HOWEVER, it tasted very nice.
We’d probably come back at some point.

Really just a great all round experience. The only problem for others would be parking. I suggest taking the bus or cycling to downtown as a convenient option.
