The BEST Asian food ever in downtown Victoria. Not only are their prices reasonable, but it’s delicious, the owners are very nice and I always have a wonderful experience there. I highly recommend their honey buns. Sooo delicious!

I visited this place yesterday. My wife told me that when she used to live in Victoria (before we got married), she came here almost every day. After we got married, we moved to Burnaby pretty soon, so it had been about 11 years since her last visit. She was happy to see that the owner was still the same and just as kind as she remembered, and the food was still just as delicious as before. The owner even remembered my wife, so they were both surprised and happy to see each other again ^^ I’m actually quite picky when it comes to food, but I was genuinely impressed. The quality was excellent for the price, the total was under $15 including tip, and the atmosphere was great. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Great value for money. If you want a simple, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price, it's very hard to do better. I had the #5, French Toast, and chose the sausages. They were quite nice, and the French toast and hash browns good as well. Happy to go back.

Love Frank’s Honeybun Cafe! It brings back those simpler, nostalgic times when your parent(s) would take you here to eat as a kid. There’s warmth & charm, food is so delicious & always hot & fresh. The wonton soup is hearty. You really get great ratio for the price. You just don’t find these types of cafes anymore.💛🐝
