I really enjoyed the fresh, tasty, and innovative combination of ingredients used for the meals I ordered. My favourite was the quinoa fattoush salad; the presentation of the dish was colourful, composed of yellow beets, pink radish, and burgundy heirloom tomatoes. The way it was put together was very clever, and offered a variety of different flavours in one salad. I was also impressed by the panang beef curry. Asian cuisine in North America tends to be too sweet for me, but...
Igor and team not only have some of the best food I have ever tasted, they are also the most genuine and friendly people ever. If you want meals , or even a coffee and breakfast sandwich they got you!
Great little cafe to grab a coffee, breakfast or lunch to go. We also do meal prep through them, we have tried 3 others and Free Beets is the best by far for accuracy, nutrician, flavour and diversity in their meals. A great hidden gem
