We are exchange students and really expected this place to be good, but it was such a disappointment.
We got the wrong order three times (a bowl instead of a burrito, pepper although we clearly said no, and even worse: our allergy request was completely ignored – this is very irresponsible and unacceptable!). The food had way too much sauce, way too little for the high price, and the toppings we ordered were missing. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care at all about our order or our experience.
As “compensation” we only got a water, which does not make up for these mistakes at all. We honestly hoped for so much better, but left sad, upset, and frustrated.

I visited the Freshii at 1001 Douglas St, Victoria BC, and was disappointed with my order. I paid for a full-size salad bowl from the “Bowl-of-the-day” menu, but it was only filled halfway, which didn’t feel worth the price. The staff were indifferent and clueless when I pointed it out that the portion size was a letdown. They also magically guessed what I wanted in my bowl as in choice of rice or noodles. I hope this can be addressed for future customers.

Went in because outsider there was announced a 9 dlls promotion, o my to find out as they are preparing it that you have to pay 4 more dlls to add protein … as if one would accept o my the bowl of rice.
The taste (teriyaki) was very bad, very few vegetables that don’t se fresh and the extra paid protein , beef, was awful.
Don’t recommend this place at all, only went in for the price and it was a trick :(

I tried the Veggie Tex Mex today today. It was delicious. I got the combo with a drink and a bag of Sun Chips for $13.69. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. The server at the counter was professional, friendly and informative. Most of the restaurants that I've dined at with my wife and daughter tends to be a $100.00 or over a hundred bucks including tip. My family and I all enjoyed a healthy refreshing meal for under $50.00. In this day and age where the mass majority are struggling to pay bills and provide for their families it is good to know there are still restaurants like Freshii that provide reasonably priced meals that offer healthy and tasty options to the public. Thank you Freshii 😊 🙏 💓

I love freshii but will not be returning to this location. Order a soup and a burrito. The burrito was so small it looked like snack size and the soup had a pitiful amount of vegetables. 😔

Delicious and fresh served with a smile. Freshii is located on the corner of Douglas St and Broughton. Open from 10 am to 10 pm, open to order online until 11 pm daily. There is a variety of choices on the menu. From wraps to salad bowls, mix in match and make your own smoothie. Fresh avocados, black beans, and lots of other healthy choices. Pick up to go and take away a paper bowl that's easily compostable, and walk on down to the inner harbor and enjoy the beautiful sights on Victoria.
usually this place is top notch in quality and the people who work there are superb. one slip up in the year I've been coming here doesn't negate the 5 star rating I give them. but to day the service provider did not change gloves after taking cash.
