Ordered a build ur own burrito with a rice base lettuce and chicken and they didn’t even put rice which is the whole base of the burrito was just a lettuce wrap with chicken pieces…disappointing

Paid 17 dollars for a Buddha bowl with chicken. Food was not fresh, pieces of corn in bowl4 pieces of chicken that were rubbery and tasted reheated. Did not get greeted or talked to. Dissapointed with food and service at this freshii. Will not be back.

New ownership is ruining the business. Paid 22 dollars for a salad , added tip on that and the person refused to squirt extra dressing. Unbelievable!

Mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm! I love this place! So great to have healthy fast food options! Always fresh and consistent. I love the Bamboo Bowl! The rice can be substituted for Quinoa or Kale!!! The Buddah Satay Bowl is amazing as well, if you like healthy comfort food this one hits the mark!!!

Worst service ever! I asked them three times to toss my wrap before making it, and the lady simply ignored me then said they don’t do that after she took my money. No one else in store, no orders up.
Don’t say you’ll do something, take a payment, then ignore your customer. I tried to call the management and the phone just rung and rung. No care for customers.
Never going back - 40$ for two wraps!!! What a joke!
Two great experiences here! The strawberry banana smoothie is one of the best, and both the wraps and bowls were delicious! The service is always friendly and fast, and the portions are huge. Can't wait to come back and try more options!

Absolute worst burrito I've ever had. Ordered through Uber and was excited to try. First bite of the burrito knew it was going to be foul, and was it ever... Avocado tasted like moldy **** and beans were so sour and old. Threw out my $30 order because the dog wouldn't even touch it. Do better at these prices. Will not try again
