"Absolutely disappointing. The pizza arrived looking like a sloppy mess with cheese and sauce unevenly splattered across the crust, which was burned in some spots and undercooked in others. The toppings seemed thrown on at random, and the cheese was greasy and pooled in places, making each bite feel heavy and unappetizing. The sauce lacked any depth of flavor, tasting more like a bland paste than anything remotely appetizing. For something that should be a comfort food classic, this pizza failed to deliver on every level. It’s hard to believe this was prepared by anyone with pride in their work."
Please advise, what would you all rate this pizza - Liquid pizza. I hate adding the picture to justify comment.

Visited last night to pick up my order. 2 girl staffs were nice, even though they were closing. I like their pizza I can feel how fresh all the vege and meat are. I would like to come back soon! Cheers :)

Brutal service. I ordered through the app using the location closest to me. Somehow in the middle of the order it must have changed my location. I showed up in Armstrong, BC (Who is fantastic!!)for my pizzas and they had no idea about the order. I called Cottonwood Mall location to cancel my order and get a refund, I spent a half hour on the phone trying to explain this and in end she just hung up on me. Would not even refund me the tip I had pre paid for. Kept asking me if I wanted to make a new order. Armstrong location is great and tried to help me. Even talked on the phone with her and helped me fill out a communication to Fresh Slice. Avoid Cottonwood Mall location. Rude! I’m out $50.

Nice Friendly Staff who took my concerns about a food allergy seriously and made my medium pizza to order. They are Also Service Animal Friendly! My sweet Girl and I look forward to doing more business with you guys!
First time going to this location and it was very nice. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was nice and quiet at the time I was there (about 30 minutes after they opened), the store was very clean as well, and the pizza was excellent. Hot and fresh. Not often I'm on foot downtown, but I'll be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Very bad service by two associates. I ordered a pizza and she was so frustrated that she gave it half cooked. All ingredients were mixed and it was rubbish. I am attaching photo so everybody could see it

Went in 20 minutes before closing time. The case was empty but the owner smiled and offered me a pizza on him. I walked out with a delicious late night meal due to this man’s generosity.
