Yummy classic croissants.
Bought a “spiced bread” on Christmas Eve. Small loaf which is made with rye flour and honey. Topped with a lovely slice of preserved orange. I froze it and took it out 5 days ago. It is incredible. It reminds me of a honey bread my Belgium/Dutch mother used to buy. I had it again recently when in Belgium and was so thrilled to experience the taste again here.
