We had a great evening. Good food, good place to chat and catch up with friends. Very friendly good service.
Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Will look forward to going back to try a few more meals! 😊😊
Great waitress and the food was very tasty. Location was a bit smaller than the bin 4 in Vancouver, but still great
The server was very nice and friendly but also slow and I honestly believed she forgot about us (we were in the front alcove so out of sight, out of mind). It took quite a bit of time to take our drink order and then our food order. The air conditioning made it so it freezing, and when asked to adjust, we were told that the staff were very hot (understandable). We asked to move to the main dining room and that was slightly better but tables stayed messy for quite a while. I understand that there can be bad nights, we all have them. But the last couple of times my wife and I have gone to your restaurant, we have noticed a decline in the quality of the service and the food (although the onion rings continue to be top notch!).
The dinner was as expected. My Partner's Salad Bowl was too small for the size of salad, making it awkward to eat. The Fries were quite disappointing as the were all small bits and dried out as a result. This was a waste of 8 dollars. My burger was excellent. (Whiskey burger) The Margaritas were a bit sweet and the rim was a little over salted (better too much salt than too little) but this is a personal preference.
Meals took an abnormally long time to arrive. As a declared Celiac, a meal was given to me that contained gluten. Host/waitress were very apologetic and provided a replacement meal choice for free however our dining out experience with friends was made awkward by this screw up.
While the burgers were good, especially the gluten free bun that my wife had - the deep fried dill pickles that I ordered were far, far overdone. While the server did remove the item from the bill in my opinion, this should not have happened in the first place. Obviously, the cook was not keeping an eye on the fryer.
Food was dry and service was extremely slow. Ordered the most basic burger on the menu and it took almost an hour to get our food. When it came it was dry
Four of us went for the Dine Around and had a very enjoyable evening. The service was really excellent and all three courses of the meal were very good, especially the dessert. Surprisingly the fries were not the best I've had but otherwise....
Service was great. They were super busy in a Friday night. Place was very loud however. Our food came out warm not hot as they had a take of 8(?)

Great service, tasty burgers and good selection of alternative choices for those who don't like burgers. Party of 8, everyone left satisfied.
Consistently great food and good service. Lots of menu choices. I can always count on a great experience.
We have visited almost all of the Bin4 locations over the years. The food is always exceptional! Well done Bin4!
The order took a really really long time. My main complaint would be that their kid menu was not kid friendly at all. It was fancy chicken that no kid would eat.
Four of us had a nice meal when we were visiting Victoria last week. Our server, whose name I forgot...Sarah?...was great! Friendly, great sense of humor, attentive. We all had burgers. The burgers were good but we will disappointed that we could not have them cooked "medium"...they were quite a bit more well-done than we like. We understand Canada has rules about restaurants not grinding their own meat and having to cook it more well, but for we Americans who prefers a less well-done burger, it took away from the taste. We also had fried pickles and fries both of which were very good.
