Good Ovening Korean Pub and Oven Roasted Chicken

Ordered their chicken last night. Good portion, but it’s rubbery chicken thighs with very little taste.

Good Korean restaurant/ pocha vibes here in downtown Victoria. The kimchi soup tasted a bit sweeter than normal.

I really loved this culinary experience! Food was great and the kitchen also gave us a little gift from the house. The server was very friendly and could help us with our questions, also the restaurant was well decorated and extremely pleasant! 10/10 experience, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The food was very delicious, we had the butter curry and honey mustard chicken. The service was excellent, we even got some coleslaw and mashed potatoes on the house. Will definitely come back!

My children and I often go to Good Ovening when we want to eat Korean food. We often order their Cheese Snowy Chicken, Bulgogi, Fries and So-Tteok. We enjoy their food that's why we keep coming back. Price is reasonable and we enjoy listening to K-pop.

Omg the food was SO GOOD!! We ordered a few items for take out to create a hotel smorgasbord, and everything was bomb! The soy garlic chicken was incredible and the rice cake was saturated with yummy chicken flavor. Maybe the best tteokbokki I've had.. we also got the go salad and tofu kimchi because we were craving healthy food and it all hit the spot. Definitely recommend

The Korean roasted chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the crispy pork belly had the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness. Portions were generous for the price, making it great value. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Delicious food, great service, and good value—highly recommended!

Great food. Really great food. The oven baked snow chicken is too die for. The cheeseburger rolls are 100% good. That being said, they could use another server during busy hours and some milk for customers that can't handle spice.

I finally had the chance to try this place. The food was decent, but nothing particularly stood out. The rose tteokbokki was decent and their pork belly was nice.
