They build sushi to taste; lightly deep fried Cali roll; Lightly seared Saba nigiri. Beauty.
I ordered for the first time today, via Doordash, and is THE BEST SUSHI I have ever eat in Victoria! The price is good, the flavour, temperature, texture, everything, it’s amazing! From now, it will be my Sushi place in Victoria ❤️
I LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is awesome, the prices are so reasonable and the service is fast. A hidden gem if you ask me
Best bang for your buck sushi in town. Staff are friendly and service has always been consistent.
Try their spicy tuna roll sushi and your taste for sushi will not remain the same ??
The best sushi restaurant in Victoria! Are you hesitating to have sushi because it’s normally expensive but doesn’t make you feel full? Then This place will be a perfect choice for you!
Great sushi and even better price! Very friendly staff, and great food for the price. This is my go-to sushi restaurant in town if I’m not looking to spend a fortune. Fish is fresh and not “fishy” at all
Amazing food, and they still thank you when you say it’s amazing. Worth a stop by to try their in house rolls.
Fresh food and good price
Good lunchtime price and good food

I been a sushi enthusiast for 35 years. GO HERE!!! You will never break the bank, and will always go back;)
I went in for lunch a few weeks ago and had the Veggie Bento. The portions were okay for the price and the atmosphere was cozy. It's to be expected for a heritage building. The service was okay. Nothing special, but not bad. However, the reason for the poor review is that the food was simply inexcusable bad. The coquette that came with my bento was cold in the middle and sitting in a little puddle of oil. It was obvious that the oil wasn't at the proper temperature. They also didn't provide the sauce that goes with the croquette, and when I asked for some, they sent the tiniest soy sauce dish with a few squeezes of ice cold sauce. The Tofu was advertised as bbq/grilled tofu but was instead deep fried tofu (same as in agedashi Tofu) and again tasted off because of the oil. Salad was okay, the dressing was tasty, but a few pieces of veg weren't edible. Lastly, the Miso... It was... Awful. Literally three TINY pieces of Tofu. Together, making up one normal piece of Tofu in normal Miso soups. No green onion. Broth was a bit different than expected but had flavour. The only thing that wasn't terrible was the roll that came with my bento. However, as it had yam inside, the taste was again a bit off, as it was fried. I don't know if they were just having an off day, or had a new cook? But it was not a pleasant dining experience and I don't plan on going back. I hope if they see this review, they'll consider doing some quality revisions to their menu and how the can increase the quality vs cut corners.
This place was excellent!! Cute little area to eat and the food was outstanding! Personally the Alaska roll was outstanding along with the spicy tuna roll and of course the tuna and salmon sashimi was incredible! And the prices are so convenient :) thank you so much
This place is a little hidden one near the harbour. But kind staff and delicious rolls. One of the best sushi places in yyj.
The atmosphere was diminished by a rude and obnoxious rap music full of profanities. Further, the servers didn't show concern for customer satisfaction and barely did anything to improve it.
