Kyle prepared some truly memorable meals, accommodating a variety of dietary preferences (GF,V,DF, children!) perfectly. His ability to create 5 star dishes in a small kitchen was really impressive. Every meal felt special - from amazing seafood dishes to literal soufflés, it was stunning.
