First time at Colwood corners location. Ordered two kids pho with brisket and a plate of udon noodles with chicken.

The kids pho was $12.50 for a bowl of noodles with some brisket. The brisket was good quality and thin cut. The bone soup was bland but fine.

The udon was $21 for a plate of udon in coconut milk with grilled chicken thigh, sliced ham with some fried onion, and sliced carrots. I assumed ‘udon with chicken’ would be some sort of curry or fried noodle fusion dish. But no, it was literally noodles in coconut milk. Absolutely disgusting recipe, though the chicken was well prepared.

Not my cup of tea. Certainly the worst Vietnamese food I’ve had in Victoria. I believe it’s also the priciest pho on the west shore. Service was good and the place was clean. I hope I just accidentally ordered the worst thing on the menu, but I won’t be back to check.

I come here at least 1-2 times a month and always get #17. this is the only place that cooks their beef tripe perfectly

The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but the service needs improvement. We waited about 10 minutes after being seated before we could place our order. The food came out quickly, but the server did not check on our table even once. There were no chopsticks, so we had to ask for them, and there were no napkins either, which we also had to request.
It seemed busy, but no one came to our table at all. We wanted to ask for the bill, but again no one came, so after waiting another 10 minutes, we went to the counter to pay ourselves. I didn’t feel that the staff were rude, but the level of service was such that it didn’t feel appropriate to leave a tip. I think they need more servers or a better service manual.

All of the food was great and authentic, including their special beef noodle soup, stir-fried vegetables special, and any item on the menu I randomly chose. Their dessert items seem delicious although I never tend to have any room for dessert after their filling meals. The food may come slowly during peak hours, but other than that their service is brilliant and friendly along with their large dishes.

Nothing better during the West coast monsoon season than a big bowl of pho. Nowhere better to have it than at Green Leaf Langford. Food is fast, hot, good, cheap and huge.

Great newer phò place. I really like the food. The service was great. I will eat here again for sure. The broth was on point and very umami. They used a thicker noodles but it complemented three broth. Their spring roll was crispy without it being oily. The broken rice dish with the grilled meats were charred just enough for you the smell and taste it.

Since moving to their new Colwood location the place seems less focused on a cozy experience and more on turning tables. Great food, zero complaints... portions, quality, speed, variety on menu, and flavour 10/10... if anything the food got better! Will return because the food is that good. Seriously... try the wonton soup or the #43... YUM!!!
