This place was touted as the best Chinese food in Victoria. I don't agree. Almond chicken was greasy and boring, food was bland. The real saving grace... delicious pot stickers

The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. While waiting for my takeout, I noticed they seemed to know almost everyone who walked through the door—clearly, this place is a true neighborhood gem. It feels a little unfair to give them 4 instead of 5 stars, but when I order Chinese food I usually expect leftovers, and the portions here were a bit smaller than I’m used to. That said, I completely understand—food costs are high, and supporting local gems like this matters. I wouldn’t recommend dining in if atmosphere is important to you, but for delicious food and genuine hospitality, this spot is hard to beat

We have found our new go to place for excellent Chinese food! We had a favourite place in Calgary but it has taken until now for us to find out place in Victoria. This is it! The food was amazing with flavours that jumped out and grabbed us. It is family run and it feels like that! The owner was out servers and was funny and kind hearted with ther husband making the amazing dishes in the back. Go here!

Their duck is a delicious meal. Every time we come to this place, their service is a solid 10.

I ordered ginger beef and there was only batter and no beef ( less than 1% of it was beef and 95% batter and 4% veggies.Very disappointing . The manager said “ sorry we can not do anything and just order something else next time”. Ginger batter ( not beef).

if ur missing ur asian mom's cooking, then u should come here because thats what its felt like when i was eating here!! their combo set B for 1 person had great fried rice (with some FLAVOUR?!!) paired with perfectly cooked brocoli and beef thats tender and packed with tonnes of flavour. however the sweet and sour pork kust tasted like hogh fructose corn syrup and unmarinated stinky pork, and the spring roll tasted quite unmemorable 2.5/5
however their fried squid was EXQUISITE with the most irresistable soft texture followed by a coating that almost falls apart when u bite into it, with its crispy parts melting into ur mouth. the spicyness is mild and so is the flavours but its still quite addictive to eat 3.7/5
their stir fried peas were also perfectly stir fried with not too much oil and a good amount of flavour (oyster sauce?!?) and paired with well cooked onions 3.5/5
their tofu tasted like nothing, coated in a sauce that looked brown but tastes like nothing. 2/5
overall 3/5

The best Chinese food in the city. Been going here since I was a toddler and they served French Fries (they don’t anymore). Their wonton soup is a real favourite along with their ginger beef and black bean tofu.

Excellent food and service. The spicy green beans are a must have. Stopped here after leaving downtown Victoria and looking for something on the way by ack to our hotel. Really happy we found this place. Very busy with good reason.

A bit of Westernized cuisine that is tasty. Also some dishes straight from China. Delicious and not greasy like it's lower quality peers.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in Victoria. Owner is always nice and accommodating. Fast service and food are always freshly made. They have the best siomai in town. 10/10
