We enjoy shopping at Health Essentials, particularly when they have a sale storewide, with draws for gift baskets, gifts with some purchases, and samples -we get to try new products that way, and have found some great new products! Knowledgeable staff to help us learn (that's valuable to me). Great quality meats (some exotic) and cheese. Great shop!!

This store has everything I could ever want from a health store. They even sell barefoot shoes, and not just the individual toe kind, but LEMS as well!
I believe we had one of the owners helping us and, though her name escapes me, she was just such a radiant human being who was super passionate and helpful. We even got a little sample goodie bag with our purchase, and that deodorant sample lasted me the entire duration of our West Coast adventure.
Loved this store, and wish there were places like this in Toronto, but glad to know they can ship to Toronto when I eventually need a new pair of barefoot shoes!

I appreciate the free newspapers and teas to sample during the talk.
