We had the most delightful leisurely lunch here last Thursday (Nov 20) We were looked after by Kai who was a superb host. Checked in regularly, did not make us feel rushed, food was excellent too We had a lamb burger and a chicken/avocado salad both of which were really tasty and decent portions The ambiance here was very relaxed (we were eating later than the regular lunch crowd - 1.30pm so it was relatively quiet) Lots of choices on the menu so will definitely return

There was a mouse that was crawling around all dinner, and when I asked the server to get it, he said “i will investigate” and I watched him just walk away not caring. The food was really good but the whole time I was so grossed out because I was scared the mouse was going to crawl by my feet. And the staff didn’t even care? I don’t get it.

I’ve long loved this place, not just for the food but because of their rugby connection to my Dad. Sadly, they have taken my beloved prime rib spaghetti bolognese off the menu. In my mind nothing else on the menu compares
