Always have loved Hey Happy, but have to say they really went above and beyond for my friend and I this morning. She spilled her coffee on me, and they were so kind and calming in the aftermath, remaking our drinks, cleaning things up, and even reciting our food when we took some time to change. Really appreciate it!

Great aesthetic cafe, nice menus, merches, design but lack the quality of drink.
Improve matcha quality by using ceremonial high quality matcha and use more matcha in the drink it was always milky and tasteless when i had matcha here.
All good aesthetic and design but need someone who has taste in the team to change some quality in food and drinks..
It had potential but i wouldnt go here for a drink.

Great coffee in Victoria! Ditch Starbucks, support local - it’s only a few more blocks away from the harbour Starbucks and well worth the gorgeous jaunt there.
Staff were welcoming and efficient. Great list of rotating seasonal drinks.

great coffee but honestly barristas are way too bothered by people standing near the bar. You should be mad at your space design, not at your customers. I don’t need to be told twice and in various ways that the two spots i picked to stand are somehow the wrong ones. there is no room, and it is definitely not my fault.

The food was good! Coffee was a little lackluster. I wish there were more dedicated eating spots but if you come by yourself to study and have a drink it'd be a great place for that!
