I picked up food from this restaurant tonight and it was terrible. I ate here years ago and it was good. So greasy chow mean, chicken balls, sweet and sour pork and was supposed to be chicken with veggies and cashews but looks disgusting. The restaurant is so dirty and you can see the lady cutting up meat with no hair net and her hair hanging down over meat. Will never eat here again. What a waste of $63

When life gives you sour duck… don’t eat it
Ordered a whole BBQ duck today, expecting the usual quality from Hotong. Instead, got sour, spoiled meat that we couldn’t finish. Reported it right away — was offered only half a duck as a replacement for the whole one I bought. Impressive math. 🦆✖️½ = customer lost. Won’t be back.

Ordered take out. It was terrible. The ginger beef was in a red sauce that looked the same as the sweet & sour pork, with only the faintest hint of ginger flavor. The breaded almond chicken had the texture of a sponge and somehow tasted simultaneously like fish and mini donuts from the fair, probably because instead of the usual topping it was covered in some cinnamon & sugar looking powder. We're out just shy of $85, we're still hungry and our mouths will never forgive us.

The ambience was so so, the lighting was dim. One server was not in a good mood and the other seemed uninterested in taking our order even though the menus were closed on the table. The food was good and was served fast! Nowhere was it noted there is a gratuity charge until the bill was presented. A bowl of rice was $13?!

Waitress wasnt exactly pleasant or friendly. Food was the worst chinese we have ever had. Chow mein was nothing like we ever had looking sad dark brown and dehydrated. Stir fry had frozen peas and chicken or sure tasted like it! Won't return!!
