One day I went to hot house pizza and my whole family was really hungry so we went to hot house pizza and we got the card to get the 15$.off of freest was 25$ so can you think how much many it can coast like 35$ for one pizza but when we got the food the entire food was burnt and we said to them the pizza then the next day we went to the hot house and they embarrassed us and and they didn’t give us the pizza and they said you not allowed to get any thing from this store evean he is not the boss even he was the employer he have the reward of being the badest store in the world and it takes them 30min to make just one pizza

Hot House has been so good to me, and it's appreciated 110%. Their pizza is legitimately the best I've had in the area and I've been here going on 6 years. Very affordable and you get a lot for your money. I can't recommend them enough. Joey has been amazing to me, and he's definitely cool as heck. Cheers, man.

I ordered a small meat lovers but wanted to add onions and peppers. The employee couldn't figure out how to do the add ons. She eventually gave up ( after trying to charge me $33 for a small pizza) and just charged me for a meat lovers. I said I would be back in 40-45 minutes. When I returned my pizza hadn't been started. She was alone, obviously not trained properly. I hfelt bad for her. Not her fault, the companies fault. Being in management for several years myself, that is very poor management. I ended up just taking what was already prepared. This company needs to do better training

Why can't their be 1 place in Victoria that makes a decent pizza. I get it if you grew up in Victoria this is 10/10 pizza. If you grew up in Ontario it's a 3/10.

We ordered 2 medium custom thin crust pizzas and they were so good, we called them to let them know!!! We used to drive all the way to Oak Bay to Willows Pizza but now we know we can get super tasty and well made pizza so much closer to home! Thank you!!! We will definitely be back!

At Wilson St location the pizza is amazing, but most of the staff sucks. I once got kicked out for asking when the manager/owner would be in...I didn't even want to complain about the girls who kicked me out but just to tell him I had been by at 5 the day before and they had 1/2 a cheese pizza up and nothing coming out of the oven. I didn't go back there for 2 years after that because I was so fed up with the bad service. But the pizza is soooo good. Too bad to get it that I have to deal with rude staff or bad service. Owner should pay a little above min wage to get and keep staff that care.
