One of my best restaurant experiences ever. From the moment we walked in the service was great. We were greeted with a very friendly but professional hostess and then quickly taken to our seats. Our server was very attentive and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. The food was great and the portions huge. Would definitely return!

Solid place for Italian cuisine with the only complaint that the quality of some ingredients were not up to expectations given the price of the menu.
The mussels and shrimp used were not high quality and did not seem to be fresh. I suspect that they are just frozen bulk offerings one can buy, which is fine but mismatches the occasion.
Despite that, the chefs here are excellent, as all the dishes tasted great even with the presence of subpar ingredients.

I think this would be a top 3 restaurant in Victoria. The service is always top tier which sets it apart from most restaurants and the food is always excellent. Today I ordered the Marco Polo with a glass of the Reserve Cab Sav. We also got tomato soup to start which was hot and amazing to dip the bread in. If you are in town for the weekend make sure you book ahead because it can be hard to reserve closer to the time. You might even meet the host owl who was dining with us this evening. The service is always above and beyond. It was a busy night and we were not rushed.

We sat outside in the covered outdoor patio. The ambience was cool with the outdoor lights and heaters. Also, it was less noisy. We had the roast lamb and it was delicious. It can be a little expensive for some people, however, you pay for the quality and the portions are big. We tried many other items on the menu over the years and they are delicious as well. Our server Eric has a vast amount of knowledge of the menu which helped my mother to navigate her dietary requirements. We had the Roast Lamb, however, my mother opted the Dijon Mustard and Horseradish Crust. Thank you Eric and the rest of the team for the lovely service!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would this restaurant is tremendous truly a stand out on our visit to Victoria the rack of lamb was truly the show stopper but the spaghetti carbonara that wasn’t carbonara - topped with sliced tenderloin certainly did not disappoint.

Words cannot describe the dining experience that I had at this establishment!! Everything was incredible...the food the service and the conversations were amazing!!! I have dined all over the world and Il Terrazzo is a must return in my book...#1 in Victoria for quality as far as Italian cuisine is concerned and #1 as far as service in my experience in the countries that I have traveled.
