If Google needs to flag this photo so be it, regardless, the board game cafe was litty titty ! We went as a group of 6 and it was so much fun. We ended up staying for like 5 hours if not more but it honestly flew by! There are so many games! And the space is very cozy, and tidy. Everyone there was enjoying themselves. There was a table playing DnD. And they were all having a blast. What i really enjoyed was how much space there was between each table so it didnt feel like there was any invasions happening between tables. Kids were there. The milkshakes were top notch with many many flavors. And the food was definitely solid. Might be one of the most reasonably priced food menus I've seen across canada in a while. Competitive with Costco Glizzies! Super happy, would recommend 100%. Kids, teens, adults, elders, anything and anyone will have a blast! Will def visit again thank you!

Lots of fun. The board game cafe has a great energy, an excellent menu and it's a comfortable place to spend time. The staff seem to have as much fun as the patrons.

Anazing place with loads of games to play. We went here on the marathon day, it was pouring outside and the royal bc museum is closed due to strike so we went to this place. No regrets!

Hands down my favorite place to have discovered in Victoria. Wish there was something like this in Vancouver. Staff were all super friendly and the games and selections were massive.

Great atmosphere

I don't understand how they make any money, but you and your friends can take up a table for hours and hours, you can get beer, milkshakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, popcorn(!), whatever you want, or nothing, and the whole thing costs way less than it seems like it should.

I’ve come here a few times in the past and there’s never been an issue, but I had a really bad experience with this business yesterday. I paid my bill and left before the rest of my party. When my friends left they were told I had skipped out on my bill, so one friend paid my bill again. When she messaged to tell me this I was so surprised. I found proof of payment on my banking app, got a screenshot of her receipt and called the cafe to set up a refund. They said they were not able to do this remotely, so I had to go back downtown. They said on the phone the way they could refund me was by giving me cash. When I picked up the envelope I checked to make sure the amount was right, and $1.30 was missing. When I pointed this out two staff members repeatedly told me I was wrong, even when I showed them the proof of payment. Eventually they realized they misunderstood and slid the remaining balance over on the counter.
The staff I encountered were curt and unhelpful, I didn’t get a real apology. They were also rude to my friend who needlessly paid again for my tab after I’d left. The whole thing left me feeling really disappointed and honestly upset. There are ways to make things right when you or your staff make mistakes. This was not it.

We’ve had fantastic family game days here! Their board game selection is immense and varied! The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions or provide game suggestions. Food and drinks are great too! Big tables available for larger groups. Plan to go for at least a few hours!
