Over priced but good overall

Hard not to love. Staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help pick out some games if you're new, atmosphere was great, and reasonably priced food/drinks served. Will be making this my regular spot for games ✌️

One of the best businesses in Victoria. Accommodating all ages, teaching games, serving up excellent snacks and milkshakes. Some of the best board games I own have been on the recommendation of the staff there.

I've been to a bunch of board game cafes, and this one had all the best of all of them in one shop. I like the way they manage their space (small fee to reserve a table and then any food/drinks are added to your tab) and the vibe is fantastic. The employees are really kind and one even explained the game we chose to us. Highly recommend this place!

Nice atmosphere, cool games. Would have given it 5 stars, but there’s no wifi available - that’s a simple fix for a perfect score :)

Staff were super helpful with type of games we should choose and with dietary requirements for food! GF options av too!

They have a big menu for this kind of place I ordered the salmon sandwich was delicious

We came in to buy games not to sit down and play. The guy who served us was really knowledgeable about all the games they had in stock and was able to make great recommendations after asking us just a few questions about what we were looking for.

His passion for games really shone through and he made this into a great shopping experience.

This was so damn fun! Can’t wait to come back here with more friends. I ordered London fog it was good but the chips that came with the sandwiches were greasy.

Really awesome place! My friends and I went here for our first D&D session and had a lovely time. We stayed for three hours and it’s $7 per person. Some of us got sandwiches and I got a coffee, which was delicious. They have an amazing menu selection and I would love to try a milkshake or flatbread next time. The offerings are well suited for game food. Definitely won’t be able to come here for every D&D session as we’re students and the library has free rooms, but I look forward to coming back and recommend it highly as a place to host TTRPGs!

Such a great spot! Their custom milkshake bar & giant bowl of popcorn is a huge perk- I only wish I could find backgammon there !

I am a really disappointed as I was expecting a little bit better service. My fiancé and I stopped in just for a drink and to play a hand of cards. The place was nice and looks busy. We came in stating it was our first time and were told our table was "forth table on the left" which was confusing. We ended up sitting at the wrong table, later this caused confusion as we couldn't find our bill as it was assigned to the table.
We ordered 2 coffees.... our bill came up to $27... after realizing what I just paid I asked to review the bill where I was told that there is a $7 charge per person just to sit.

I understand some places charge a cover fee. But we were not made aware of this, nor was it posted anywhere. We even stated it was our first time and we're not informed of this. It doesn't make it any better as we were willing to pay before hand and we were advised that we have to pay after. Which leads me to believe they make you want to sit down so we aren't caught off guard over the large fee which for us was a little 20 min visit..

I will not go back. There is a game cafe 2 streets down called "Board with Friends" which we MUCH prefer. We will 100% go back to board with friends from now on. This was a ridiculous and unprofessional way of scamming us $27 for 2 coffees and 20 mins at a table

Such a great spot for an afternoon game or a night out.Great selection of games (playable & for purchase), friendly & knowledgeable staff, fresh popcorn and also really good coconut based vegan milkshakes. One of our favourite date night spots at a reasonable price!
