Superb service and the food is very good. All opportunity for pub social chit chat disappeared when the local very loud and very average band cane on stage. Destroyed the pub atmosphere.

As always, the food, drinks and service were impeccable. The noise was absolutely crazy... good crazy. The live music was a breath of fresh air. Seeing so many dancing and just having a great time was a highlight of our trip to Victoria. If authentic Irish cuisine is what you want, or even just an amazing Guinness... most definitely go to Irish Times!!!

We came out for the Dine Around menu and it was delicious and an insane deal. $35 for a three course meal downtown is really great. I started with the Times Salad which was probably the best darn salad I've ever had, no joke. I had the shepherds pie for my main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. All really good portions! Paired it with a nice pint of Kilkenny. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great as always. I always enjoy my experience at Irish Times, but this was a nice treat! I highly recommend the dine around menu while it is still available! They also make a really delicious poutine if you're into that kind of thing!!

Very generous portion of food! I had the Irish Stew and it can with two scoops of mash potatoes. The restaurant atmosphere itself is just like a pub you can find in Ireland or the UK perfect for grabbing drinks.
