Island Poké (Downtown Victoria)

Great selection, fresh ingredients, delicious taste and textures, for a reasonable price! Wife and I both loved it!

Did an order online w/ uber eats, I was charged for extra items. Called the store that recognized that I was charged for NO reason and they will call to change that. I receive a call back from the store just to tell me that I would have to deal w/ that myself because they could archived any resolution w/ uber. I tried uber chat for almost 40min and they denied to help me saying that the extra charge was ok. For topping I had 4 of 5 items and for garnish I had 2 or 4. Above that, my order came w/ salad that I didn’t order, barely any Salmon (you can choose 2 ptn, I choose 2 time salmon). Almost $25,00 for such a disappointment.

Might be the best thing I've ever eaten. Was so good! Paid extra for the Ahi Tuna and it was well worth it. Delicious!

I think this is hands down the best Poke. Great portions, perfect amount of options and protein. I had the island house bowl and it was perfect as is.

The food was delicious and healthy, and the environment was great! However, the service was average and indifferent.

Staff are nice. Pretty good price with big amount of food. Will come again next time visit Victoria.

Visited this place twice! The taste is good and the ingredients are fresh! I feel reassured! There are quite a few base ingredients for Japanese food. When you first get it, you may think it doesn't seem like a lot, but once you eat it, you'll be full haha. Recommended for those looking for a healthy lunch or brunch!

This was my first time and I'll definitely be back when I return to Victoria. The Crunchii bowl was awesome! Super fresh-tasting and a large portion. And the staff are really kind and helpful.

Wheelchair accessibility: Large open space with tables I easily fit my wheelchair under. And the staff will help move the chair.

Best poke place is town!

I have placed many online pick-ups in the past, and I was very disappointed with my most recent order on August 4th, 2024.
I reached out to Island Poke on Douglas via email to resolve this issue directly and gave them ample time to resolve this issue rather than submitting an honest Google review- no response.
I picked up two large, crunchy bowls, and they were tiny (see pictures). It was like they ran out of certain ingredients to complete the bowl-very odd. The actual salad sat well below the bowl; usually, it's at the top, where it should be for the large. We had to supplement the bowls with quinoa and mixed veggies to satisfy our hunger, which defeats the purpose of takeout (no work, just easy and satisfying fuel). I hope this business reaches out to me so I can update this review, as this place used to be awesome...
