They served me wrong order first thing, second my pizza was over cooked, third there service is very slow but I like the atmosphere 👌

Had to wait very long before someone attended us .... We were almost about to leave and just then someone told us they will come get us soon..

Drinks.. bought mocktail coconut mojito and strawberry drink.. not sweet at all..

Food very average, burger had no sauce ,

Not looking forward to come back.

We were celebrating my birthday with a party of 30 lady friends this afternoon. Our waitress, Julie was excellent and a delight as well as the other girls who helped deliver drinks and food.
Julie took drink orders as people arrived and then onto food orders. I could not get over how quickly our lunches arrived. Huge kudos to the kitchen staff for their efficiency and management for staffing appropriately knowing they had a big crowd coming for lunch.
The menu is extensive with something for everyone. My lunch of Calamari Greek Salad was excellent. The calamari was cooked perfectly!!
The side room we were in could definitely use some baffling, it was very noisy with the wood walls and ceiling. That was the only draw back, other than that it was a perfect afternoon.

A very disappointing meal. The $34 steak sandwich, MR, was dry and a bit tough. The steak knife was needed to cut through the bread it was so tough.
The halibut tacos, what halibut? The small piece of halibut in it was almost non-existent but covered in thick batter. That dish was discounted but overall the meal was not up to the standards we expected.

Ordered the Power Bowl with tuna….probably one of the most disappointing bowls I’ve eaten anywhere. The “mixed greens” were 95% spinach (which I avoid for dietary reasons and wouldn’t have ordered this item if I’d have known); no beets (mentioned in menu description); 1/2 avocado was really bruised (server did bring replacement when mentioned. Other person in our party also had really bruised avocado on their Poke Bowl); quinoa was almost non-existent. Cashews were salted…why?!? Guys - if you’re going to charge $24 for a tuna Power Bowl you need to up your game. Would be hard pushed to return or recommend sadly.

We visited Jack's Restaurant over the long weekend. It was quiet and had a really nice atmosphere. My husband had the fish & chips and I ordered the beef dip. It took a while to get our meals, which is fine because it shows the food is freshly made. The only downside was that the fish had a strong fishy smell, and my beef dip had a lot of chewy and fatty pieces and the broth had a very strong meaty smell.

The worst service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Exactly like one of the reviewers below, our server interacted with us 3 times, once to take our drink order, once to take the food order, and once to bring the bill (which we tried to hail her down multiple times before she finally acknowledged us.). Not once did our server, or any other server ask how our food was (not even when the bill was presented), or ask if we wanted another drink or refills. For the record the food was not good. Had she asked I would have told her my steak was totally overcooked, yam fries were soggy, and they brought the wrong salad. This place sucks. Save your money.

i went on wing night such a good deal! server was lovely and attentive , but the support staff really made a difference in our evening. her name was jayda i believe and she was very kind and friendly and made our whole table laugh! will be coming back for more wings and more jayda in our life!
