I am sure the the drinks are great (I’ve bought the tea latte mixes before and loved them), but the shop is only open once a week and the lineups are always long. Every time I’ve tried to go on my lunch break, there were 10+ people in line, and the pace was really slow because the cashier/person making the teas spends about five minutes chatting with each customer. I get that being friendly and small talk are part of the vibe, but when you’re on a break from work, I don't want to wait half an hour for a tea. A few times I ended up leaving without ordering after waiting 10 minutes and the line barely moving, so I’ve actually never been able to try the drinks in the shop itself. I think it would make a difference if there were more staff making drinks, or if the small talk was kept shorter so the line could move faster. I’d really love to actually try a matcha latte in the shop one day!

Absolutely amazing quality drinks for sure, just really wish they were open another day of the week, being open 1 day a week is a bit difficult (it took me 5 months be be able to finally come here due to my schedule). It is a hidden gem and definitely worth going to. They have outdoor seating for summer.

Expected more from a business with such a working hours, we arrived at 12 as the store hours suggested and had to wait until 12:30 to be able to order since the staff weren’t prepared. Also on top of that received a dessert which we thought they gave us as a gesture for being late to take our order, but surprisingly they took it back from us stating it was a wrong order! Wish I could give 0 stars, overhyped tea place.

You'll find the best matcha and loose leaf tea in town here. The shop itself is made from beautiful old wood and smells like roasting tea. Their kombucha is also great, not very sweet or very salty, especially if you like the tea they use to flavour it.
