We used to order from Jones BBQ but haven't for about 2 years. We just did and unfortunately are very disappointed. The quality has gone downhill. The brisket on the totchos was very little, and what was there was mostly fat - not just a "fatty cut of brisket," but actual chunks of fat thrown in there.
