This is cool little southern style smoke house BBQ joint. The decor and atmosphere is rustic and homey. The aroma hits your senses in the parking lot, smells delicious! Menu is on the wall and you order from the counter. I had the Brisket sandwich with fries and it was very good. The brisket had lots of flavor with a nice smoke ring, The fries were fresh cut and crispy. My wife had the portabello mushroom burger and she enjoyed it as well as the fries. The only thing I was not a fan of was the BBQ sauce, I added a little extra to my sandwich and preferred it without. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We had an Ice Tea and a Lemonade and was very pleased that it was freshly made and not out of a bottle. The drinks were very good. Great spot for smoked meat!

It’s literally the best food in town BUT!!!!! I have ordered from you guys 5 times now. And every single time I request utensils, you NEVER include them! I’m a trucker who stays at hotels so I need those utensils! I challenge you to eat a container full of pit beans or coleslaw with your bare hands! That’s what I have to do tonight. Thanks. Excellent bbq otherwise.

I ordered the 2 meats platter. It was proper barbecue. If you do order the brisket, get the barbecue sauce with it, it just adds to the flavours.

We stopped on a whim after I asked my son if he'd ever been there. He said that he & his varsity team loved it esp the Grampa burger? lol Gotta say it was devoured in a few minutes and thoroughly enjoyed. Took a chicken crunch sammy home to fam. who also loved it From wonderful take out service with a friendly smile to completely reasonable prep time - the Vikes'll be back!!

Perfect Fall-off-the-bone ribs in a very un-fussy setting. They seem to do a roaring takeaway business.
I had a half-rack of pork ribs, which came with a few pickles and pickled onion. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Brisket was dry, cut very thin and bland. Very expensive, not worth it for how much they give you.(three small thin slices for 18$) Sitting area was alright. Won’t be returning.

Great food. But if you don’t like spicy don’t get the sausages. We loved everything else.
