Exiting North on Douglas is a little awkward. You'll either need to exit out of the entrance for the drive thru or do a u-turn on Douglas St.
Only seating available is a counter with stools facing the window. It's usually clean unless it's super busy.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The chicken Zinger burger I received was completely unfresh — the chicken tasted old, the texture was rubbery, and it definitely didn’t seem freshly cooked. On top of that, the fries were the worst I’ve ever had from KFC: cold, stale, and lacking any flavour.
For the price I paid, I expected at least decent quality, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the food quality because this was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal from this KFC location today. Unfortunately, the food had a strong detergent-like taste, which made it inedible and quite concerning from a health and safety perspective.
I’ve always enjoyed KFC, but this experience was disappointing. It seems there might be an issue with how the equipment is cleaned or how the food is handled. I hope the management looks into this and improves quality control to ensure food safety.
I would appreciate better attention to cleanliness and food preparation standards in the future.

This was absolutely abysmal. We asked for 4 of our seven sauces to be a plum sauce and the other three to be barbecue, but instead of that, we got five sauces total and they were all barbecue. Additionally, we were given a half eaten piece of popcorn chicken that was thrown back into the bucket. We ordered online, but it was unmistakably the case. We are livid with the terrible food, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
