Ordered through the KFC app for delivery, they forgot my large fries, called the restaurant 3 times no one answered and their voice mail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.
I called the customer service number that I got in my email and they could only direct me to the stores phone number, so since no one is answering the phone they can’t help me.
No middle man or resolution if the restaurant doesn’t answer the phone. Don’t order through their app, use door dash or uber, at least they can help if the restaurant forgets something

New POST. 100% turnaround - I assume new ownership/management. [The drive thru evidently wasn't working! No one answered and there was no sign! Staff seemed to be in chaos in the store; so much so that I didn't bother addressing the dysfunctional drive thru issue 🤔]
