We clearly ordered chicken tenders then they gave us popcorn chicken. It was CLEARLY their fault and they just told us, “sorry, can’t change it.”

After hearing about people getting sick after Popeyes and Lee's, I thought I would go to trusty old KFC. Going on day 5 of being on the toilet, can't hold any food in, going to the doc today. And people always say I have iron gut, just stay away....

I ordered 12 + 3 hot and spicy however received regular white, I doubled check with a male and female staff and was told yes they are hot and spicy but when arrived home they were not. Also I was supposed to get gravy and they were out of gravy and no dipping sause other than bbq, asked to get napkins and got 3 pic. Kfc need to control more of it franchises, everybody who were at kfc tonight were all upset because of late order. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It seems like the owner thinks people still would come even getting bad food or service. Kfc is responsible for all of this.

App wouldn't work. Tried to call in the order but they told me they couldn't over the phone because they can't accept credit cards over the phone. Which is just flat out incorrect.But anyway, I then asked why I couldn't tell them my order over the phone and pay when I got there.They then reluctantly took my order.What a wonderful experience ?
Costumer service was bad . I ordered poutine and sandwich and they didn’t gave any spoon /fork , neither any napkin . Cashier lady tattooed SANA on her wrist needs to learn costumer service and how to deal with acoustmer .

Dang fam, yall need to get yer stuff together. 40 minute wait for fast food? No sense of urgency? So so so much cross contamination. No communication between the front counter and the “kitchen”? The Colonel is disappointed, even in the afterlife. Boooooo.

I picked up a 4 piece combo today, when I got home I found 4 stingy pieces that were dry and tastless, the fries were about 1/2 the size of a small size at Mcdonald's, for $ 16.99 ? I wouldn't buy from KFC anymore., the service was slow not because of the girl who is running behind, between the front desk and managing the orders from the drive through, but from 4 to 5 employees in the kitchen watching her and monitoring if she can manage. In my opinion this was unprofessional and lousy service.
