A friend and I just dined here for the 1st time and we both were blown away. The renovation of the interior is beautiful and the service was impeccable. We were treated to the owners daughter that kept checking in on us and had a great conversation and heard some background of the development of this new idea from the owners as we have always been fans of Sizzling Tandoori.
We ordered 4 dishes to share and they were all incredible. My personal favorites was the gnocchi dish and the torkhi chaat dish???? we will definitely be back and highly recommend trying this place out!
Thank you for the lovely evening.

From the minute you walk into kinu you are transported with its warm colours and thoughtfully designed interior. The menu boasts a modern take on traditional classics with beautiful, complex flavours. The cocktails are also a must try- I can not recommend this place enough. Everything is *chefs kiss*.

I love it here - beautifully decorated and super comfortable to sit and enjoy a night out. Don’t miss Kinu at sunset with the gorgeous windows! Great cocktails with vibrancy and local spirits, food that is elevated and comforting at the same time. The cucumber salad, whipped cheese+naan, and short rib add to the gnocchi are favs. Everything I’ve had has been beautifully plated and all the great Indian inspired flavours I love. Great for a date or group of friends to share multiple dishes. Do Kinu - it’s so good and worth it!

Kinu was an amazing experience. The owner took the time to chat with us and share some intriguing stories about the origins of the dishes. The food was unreal! Amazing fusion of different flavours in each item. Can’t recommend this place enough!

My wife and I have traveled in from Kelowna and wanted have an Indian authentic dining experience. We heard that Kinu’s was the best so google helped us find the location. We live Indian food and Kinu’s delivered an amazing evening of fresh wonderful Indian food. The flavours and compilations of spices with their dishes was absolutely great. We had an assortment of small dishes so we could try different items on the menu. We loved the modern atmosphere and exceptional service. With every dish came an explanation of where and how that became part of the menu. We were not rushed and really enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this restaurant if good quality food you are after without breaking the bank.

Beautiful Ambience. And really great food. We had such a good time here. Ordered Tokri chat, Pav bhaji, smash aloo tikki burger and kinu chicken. It is such a different and wonderful experience for fusion Indian food. The drink was so good as well. Well balanced. Kirn was so wonderful to talk to. Loved it!

We went for lunch, it was nice. A bit pricey, you might want to share 1 dish for 2.

Visited on a Saturday night without a reservation and they were able to seat my party right away, which was so lucky. We had two dishes, the pakora gnocchi and the goat biriyani, both recommended by our server. Both were great! The gnocchi was so fluffy, and the various toppings complemented the sauce beautifully, was a really elegant approach to pasta based in Indian flavours and techniques. The goat biriyani was the absolute stand out dish, 10/10. The meat was wonderfully cooked, so tender. The rice was spiced very nicely and the raiti was a perfect complement for the spicy bites. I know that lots of people have never tried goat, or are nervous to, and this a great place to start! I love goat and this is the best goat dish I’ve had! They also have a number of unique cocktails and zero proof drinks. We tried one zero proof drink and it was very good, interesting and complex flavours! Overall this is a beautiful spot, and you can tell by the way that the staff talk about the dishes that a lot of thought and skill goes into their design.

Had a very bad experience, although the food was okay, but the atmosphere was very negative, the server staff 'Kirn', inturrupted our private conversation. I found this very unethical! I hope they improvise on thier service and training which would give a better dining experience!
Note: 'A glass of water would be a better option before offering a glass of wine'
