Unreal!!!!! Super quick service and very friendly! I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to ramen, but the vegan option was incredible. So flavourful and nourishing!!!! The veggie gyroza was awesome too. I can’t wait to come back again :)

Had an amazing meal here, some of the best broth in Victoria. It had a very relaxed atmosphere and nice staff. That being said we were overcharged when we asked to split the bill a few bucks. Food was good enough for me to not really care in the end

My first time trying Ramen and the selection I had - Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen - was excellent. There was tonnes of flavor in the rich broth - the Pork Belly, Egg and Black Mushrooms were delicious. I did find it strange that we waited as long as we did to be seated. When we arrived the eating area was full and a sign was up advising they were at capacity, but as other guests leave, someone would come get us. We watched 2 tables leave and every seat at the bar vacate, yet no one came to let us know we could come inside. We decided to enter at this point because it was pouring rain. The 3 people ahead of us were seated and another 10 minutes went by before the 1 server cleared and cleaned any other spaces. Honestly if it wasn't raining like it was, we would have left and wandered around to find somewhere else. I also found it odd that we pay in advance of being served our food. Yes, this is seen in other styles of eating establishments - mostly fast food. Doing this at a seated service restaurant, and being asked to tip, prior to receiving any real service or food is crazy to me. I tipped well because I was worried I wouldn't get what I ordered based on the lack of urgency I witnessed trying to get the seats turned over for a new round of guests.
