Unfortunately the owners are no longer the ones serving you, so naturally, service has degraded.

1. The French press for two was really cute before they used to bring us a small platter with sugar and a small jug of milk but now they make you use the coffee bar which ruined the appeal of the experience.

2. The floors tables and surfaces were very unkept which was not typical of this location in my past experiences.

I really hope this is a temporary blip in their quality of service.

I enjoyed the apple cider and warm soup. Staff is friendly and prices are fair. The orange theme... In my personal opinion... kills the cosy vibe. Great place that desperately needs a coat of paint.

I quite like the drinks that the capable staff create here. Not had any food but it looks good and seems fairly priced. Koffi has been here a while on a popular cycling route and always seems busy when I visit, which bodes well for their future.

Friendly employees and a nice spot. Enjoyed my latte. Had a breakfast sandwich as well and thought it was a little thin for what it cost.

The only reason I gave this and service one star is because of the man who works there, I don’t know if he’s the owner, but he is very rude and condescending. the staff seem to be very friendly

I get that he’s in support of the environment, but for him to walk up to my table (the first time I had ever been there) to tell me next time, choose a ceramic cup over a paper cup in consideration of the environment. That mansplain the environment to me was ridiculous and unbelievable.

The second time I went and only because it was local to my friend, I went for a refill and he said, can you not use the cup you already had. He’s very rude and condescending. it doesn’t seem clear to me that he has done any research on what it costs the environment to run a dishwasher and detergent to wash ceramic cups. He should leave his customers alone to choose what they want

I will NEVER come to this establishment again OR recommend to anyone I know.

Parking can be quite a challenge, but that's why this is a great beautiful day walk destination kinda place. Just like Acton in Ontario, It's worth the walk to Koffi. Extra points for anyone who remembers Acton.

Excellent local place for coffee. They had Empire donuts, a nice range of prepackaged snacks, and some sandwiches when I was there.

The coffee was excellent and I left with a bag. Recommend a stop in here if you are in the area.

Great little coffee shop with good seating options inside and out.

Really appreciate the showcasing of art on the walls for purchase, looks like an indigenous artist, which is sweet. Baked goods were tasty and fresh, good coffee choices too. On a weekday lots of local workers enjoying their coffee outside.
