Good dim sum, or may be the best one can get in Victoria. Saw it on Chinese social media where they claim to have a Hong Kong dim sum cook. The dishes are definitely inhouse made (vs. frozen). Good but need some refinement. The shrimp dumplings and rice roll were generous with very good filling but rice pastry was a too thck. The fried beef noodles are flavorful and well cooked, with tender beef and that nice wok-fried taste. Their dim sum is on the steeper side price-wise, but it is delicious and clearly made fresh. We’ve sampled quite a few items and everything has been consistently good.
