It used to be my favorite bubble tea place, but today was disappointing. They didn’t even ask about ice or sugar level, and the service was terrible. When I got the taro milk bubble tea, there was no taro ribbon—the taro paste was just clumped at the bottom, making it impossible to drink. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place again.

The tea is very thick. It didn't feel and taste like a tea more like a juice, also they ran out of tapioca pearls so quickly! And I ordered 80% sugar but it tasted like 50%. It definitely didn't taste like I thought it would be.

This is the best boba place in town tbh - they have lots of options and you can change the amount of ice or sugar! It sucks hard that it’s in a lame ahh mall tho the vibes r -0 but the tea is good!

Nothing like other bubble tea and not in a good way. Why was the taro bubble tea brown? Why was it sandy? No ice? Have had it at several different places all the same, purple slushy drink with boba. This was super expensive and it went straight in the garbage. Steer clear.

The female workers are definitely racist. My spouse and I, (white) were in line and the two workers did not acknowledge us. We stood waiting, waiting, until a line started to form, roughly 5 people behind us, one white couple and 2 Asian couples. After ordering, the Asian couples were served before us despite ordering after us.
