The coffee is fantastic. While I can only have decaf, it's the best decaf I've ever had. Drive 30 minutes just to grab it. They offer it in bulk which is awesome so I only have to make a trip out once a month. Customer service is also wonderful.

I’m originally from the West Coast of the US but have also lived in the Midwest, including Wisconsin. While I was living on Vancouver Island and later opened a coffee shop in Victoria, I was amazed to find that the coffee there tasted just like my favorite spot back in Wisconsin. After moving to the Vancouver area a few years ago, I ran into a bit of confusion. I was searching for Level Ground coffee beans at Costco and London Drugs but couldn’t find them. It turns out that Level Ground had changed their label, which is why I missed them. I wanted to let you know that the new packaging doesn’t stand out as much. Despite this, I still haven’t found any coffee roasters in the Vancouver area that compare to Level Ground. Their espresso, in particular, is especially awesome

A great product with great service to boot! They always go the extra mile. I can't recommend them enough.

The rep gave us some free samples after we gave him some simple directions at a local business, just as a nice gesture. Honestly, it made my entire day.
I have been out of coffee for four days. Our beloved pug passed away, and I haven't been able to get to the store since. I am so stoked my day can start with a good cup of coffee tomorrow.
Kind gestures like that may seem small, but they can make a big impact. Those are the kinds of people/businesses you want to support. They've won some new customers.

Easily the best coffee I've ever had. I love this place. It had been a few months since I visited and I just went back - wow... forgot how good it is. Also they're always playing really great music.

GREAT TASTING DECAF COFFEE - CANNOT TELL IT'S DECAF!!I recently (because of minor health issues), had to switch to Gluten Free and start drinking Decaf coffee. It's really hard to find Decaf ground coffee on the shelves here in Moose Jaw SK and haven't been pleased with the "low quality" brands and the "better quality" brands as they are very bitter tasting.  I came across Level Ground Decaf in our local Walmart and thought I would try it as I am kind of a "coffee snob" and didn't want "cheap" or "bitter" brands or blends.  WOW!  Level Ground Decaf is exactly what I was looking for and because of the quality taste and smoothness, I can't even tell it's Decaf!  I love that it's Organic, Fair Trade and Gluten Free as well! Thank you Level Ground Coffee Roasters for producing such excellent coffee!!

Of all the places to get a coffee, this is one of them.Pros: Good coffee, good sandwiches, great vibe, nice staff, great view.Cons: They were unable to recommend the best roast to consume while writing a passive aggressive email. Still 5 stars but I think it's important to know your product.

I've never had the pleasure of tasting what looks like awesome coffee they brew there, but man their Dried Organic Pineapple and Banana bags are super yummy, deadly addictive and downright delicious. Though they are an expensive hobby for the tastebuds, I love the ethics of this business and supporting farmers and ethical rights and sustainability.Support local businesses!

This place is an absolute gem! My partner and I went for a coffee today and ended up trying the coffee flight. It was such a fun and unique experience. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be going back and recommending Level Ground to friends and family!

Coffee is perfect every time, very cool/ relaxed vibe and the staff are great. Only knock is it would be nice to get a complimentary coffee when you buy a 20$ bag, but otherwise this is a must stop if you’re in the area.

Their coffee and food is good but their prices are higher than their competitors with similar quality who have better location. Would also be nice if they were open earlier. 8:30am is a bit late for a coffee shop unless it’s a lunch spot. I still have a 4 star because they do have good quality coffee. I also noticed if you don’t tell them what size you want you’ll get a baby cup size. Just some honest feedback.

This coffee shop is a gem! They serve always fresh coffee, create a great atmosphere, and their cakes are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
