Lighthouse Cake Co. is a wonderful bakery known for its fantastic cakes and desserts. Their service is consistently excellent, and they offer a variety of delicious flavors. The chocolate raspberry velvet cake and hedgehog cake are popular choices, and their custom cupcakes are perfect for special events, with matching flavors and decorations. Everything is light, flavorful, and never overly sweet. They made a really lovely floral design and the flavors were great. Vikki waited after close to make sure a cake order was picked up. They could have easily closed up shop. They offer delivery. They also made a happy bridesmaid who usually can't have baked goods because of a severe nut allergy. They were able to deliver on what they promised and they didn't charge extra. The lemon cake was delicious, and guests agreed. They promptly responded to initial requests in a kind and efficient manner. Upon pickup, guests were greeted by friendly staff, who happily and neatly packed cakes into takeaway boxes, carefully ensuring the structure of the cake was unaffected. The 6” cake offered around 8-10 generous slices. The texture of the cake was light, while the buttercream was smooth and complimented the flavor of the cake. The flavor itself, hedgehog, was a delightful blend of alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake, layered with hazelnut and espresso buttercream. Truly delectable. The presentation of the cake was evidently crafted with care and precision. Lighthouse Cake Co offers competitive prices at very reasonable rates, considering the quality of their goods. Lighthouse Cake Co crafts beautiful cakes that not only look impressive, but taste it, too. All guests at parties were also very pleased with the cake.
