Ordered a to go 3-meat pizza. The only person on duty was unhappy about having to run between till and kitchen to both bake and sell. Didn't blame her. The pizza was 'okay' texturally but had very little 'Italian' flavour (despite supposedly having 'Italian' sausage) and it was excessively hot - like someone had emptied a container of hot sauce on it. Won't be going back.

Store is listed to close at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:45pm and was denied entry and service, despite a worker seeing I was there.

Not impressed by incorrect order delivered, pizza cut by a child, and no seals or stickers on the boxes, anyone could have opened them. Gross and disappointing.

I got a pretzel crust pizza thru Uber and there was an UNGODLY amount of salt on it. Seriously, half a salt shaker of coarse salt. There was so much I thought they had put sesame seeds on it. I could turn a lake into an ocean with the amount of salt.
Super gross, I got a pizza here today and i had to throw it out. I asked home if it was fresh he said yes and it was so burnt and dried out. I don't even think it was cooked today

We were hesitant to go but decided to go try the limited time bacon and cheese crazy puffs. We also ordered a stuffed crust pizza! We were so Impressed by the quality of the food and the customer service we received. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this store in Esquimalt!

Pizza is hot and delicious, the guys working today around 2p are great! Excellent customer service. Didn’t get their names but hopefully they get raises! They deserve it.

Ordered online, and when I went to pick up the order they didn't sell the dessert at the location.(not a problem) but when I asked for a refund I was told they didn't know how to refund the item. I asked if someone there knew how and was told to call customer support, then she walked away.. Not impressed with the undertrained staff and poor customer service

Crazy bread was the worst. No butter no garlic no cheese. Left 5buck cash tip wish I could get that back. Threw them out after one bite. Cost cutting has ruined the once mighty Crazy bread.Won't be back
