The Dj Robie and John truly were so poor terrible atmosphere control, stale and the same music for 30 minutes
Lines were too long.
Saw one of the bartenders scooping ice with the glass cups we were being served. Anyone who works in the service industry knows you should never use glass to scoop ice as pieces can break off and are hard to see. I know it’s busy on Mondays there but I watched it happen several times while we were at the bar
used to luv lucky even gigged there. tecently tho seems differebt… eg. went here on a first date and instead of getting service at the bar, bartender puts a pabst blue ribbon box on her head acts a fool. another example, bumped into couple guys on the floor, went to buying one of them a drink and then the bouncher just cones over and is real aggresive saying u gotta go. rhen rhey sau we involved or whateve that means. back in the day tho. GLLuckY
No food, drinks are pricey, hot as hell, but some good dancing!
I would have given more stars if they sold food as well
Fun venue!
Easily my favourite place for music, drinks and dancing. There are tables and games but it's all about the dance floor and atmosphere. If there's a band or a theme night, you might have to wait in the line, but it usually moves quickly.
Great venue to perform at, good prices

Disappointed by Service Despite Kitchen Being Open
I had a very disappointing experience. We arrived around 11:00, only to be told that no service was allowed, despite being informed earlier that the kitchen would be working. This inconsistency was not only frustrating but also left us extremely hungry and dissatisfied.
Good customer service is about more than just food; it’s about clear communication and respecting your patrons’ expectations. Unfortunately, this visit fell short on both counts.
I hope the management takes feedback like this seriously to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Unfortunately while we were visiting, a man took it upon himself to kiss my girlfriend’s neck and ask if she “wanted something”. 🤢 Myself, her, and my good friend stepped outside to escape the situation, and as soon as I got ahold of Caleb (the bouncer working that night), he was on top of it immediately. He asked for a description of the man, and then took action, finding him and removing him from the bar so our night could continue. When the man walked out and saw us huddled under an umbrella, he tried to invade our space and stand with us. My girlfriend would have swung on him if the same bouncer wasn’t so quick to stand in between us and him. He politely asked for us to return inside, and we did. We did not see the man again after that. Thank you Caleb for believing and protecting us, A+ service! Also thank you to the bartender for expressing sympathy over the situation (and giving us water when we had drank one too many in a row), your presence was comforting and helpful!

Great atmosphere and great service
Came here yesterday on Canada Day. Started waiting on line at 9. The line didn’t move at all and we waited till 10:30. We ended up leaving and then coming back to see if the line had moved. We were then made aware people were paying the bouncer $25 to skip the line. So if you’re a student wanting “lucky Monday” don’t come here !!
