Did not have a great experience. We were the only table and it still took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Ordered a draft beer and saw them pour it from a can. Other beer was out so they brought a different one. Two wing orders were messed up and mixed together so we didn’t know which flavor you’d get until biting into it. Only thing that was decent was the Lumberjack poutine.

Ordered food through Uber. AFTER hitting send, I was told it would be an hour. Immediately canceled my order and the was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund as the order was accepted. So then i requested the food be sent to me. I was denied that also. Does someone want to tell me why when canceled an HOUR before the food is scheduled to be delivered is still denied a refund OR the food. Shady much? How about being honourable?

Ordered 2 orders of chicken wings and only received 1 of them which were soggy. Also received an order of hummus and pita that I didn’t even order and the hummus was clumpy and looked like peanut butter (added photos for reference)

Lumberjacks is me and my boys go to bar! Have had so many great experiences there, and highly recommend anyone wondering what bar to go to, to go to lumberjacks. Bartenders Cam and Josh are possibly the best I’ve ever seen at the position. All I can say in summary is bring a little bit of extra cash for a generous tip, because they deserve it!!

Venue is nice but the food was mediocre at best. We legit saw the cook go from the kitchen in the back, walk behind us with two frozen burger patties in his bare hands and chuck it on the grill.At the very least wear gloves or put the patties on a plate. I’m sure restaurants do it all the time but if you have to cross the dining area with the food at bare minimum, pretend like you care.

Super nice bar, was not busy which was surprising! Our waitress Josh was super nice and recommended us great drinks. Definitely a nice lowkey spot in Victoria

Wish I could give it less! Ordered through doordash and they totally forgot part of my meal but remembered all the sauces???? There was more batter than fish, the fries taste like old gym socks. Their phone number isn't even correct. Terrible terrible!

They have gluten free veggie poutine (one of the only places in Victoria) that is delicious! Also good drinks and long happy hour times. A perfect spot to get some food and drinks on weekends as it is quieter than most bars

Always a fun time, and great drinks/food. Happy hour is awesome with lots of yummy drinks to choose from. Monica is an amazing waitress, she is always happy, gives awesome service and she remembers her customers. 10/10

The server was a very sweet girl, but the food was not as it stated on the menu and it was horrible. When we walked in all you could smell was dirty deep fryer. We observed kitchen staff on their phones then not washing their hands. With covid you would think they would be more conscious of this. Overall our worst meal on our holiday.

This place is great!! The popcorn chicken is what made us come back within a week- it is sooo delicious!! Our second visit is the one that stood out most because our server, Monica, was so fun and made our experience so great. It is so impressive to watch young servers carry the weight of working while short staffed during the labour shortage!! Thanks for what you do :)
