I've been getting Chinese food from you guys I'll since the 80s. This is the worst dinner I've ever had. What's going on? Will not be getting it again
Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. No dining room and a new building is going up in their location. Hope they re-locate. A Chinese theme dining room would be nice. Fresh out of the kitchen always tastes best. Definitely try this good food!

I have never had a bad meal from Lums! My husband and I get the combos for 1 and it is more than enough! I can’t even usually finish it off for lunch the next day. The staff is always so friendly and so accommodating no matter what time of day!

I used to buy here all the time and now when you get individual servings they're half the size as they used to be and basically for more money. When you get the one combo you get more chicken chow mein in one of those than you get in a single serving. The food is good but now it's too expensive.
they have great food, I have been going for years

Our favourite western Chinese place (RIP Rainbow Chinese) closed over the summer, so we needed to find something new close by. Lum's was the closest choice with decent reviews, but after eating there we wished we had just picked something else. The delivery was 30 minutes late and no-one at the restaurant would answer the phone when called.
When the food did arrive, it was fairly awful. The Chicken Chow Mein was dry, tasted overwhelmingly of soy sauce, and was very light on meat; they missed the sauce on the Boneless Honey Garlic Pork, so it was basically dry, bland breaded pork; the Beef and Broccoli had decent flavour, but quickly became too salty to enjoy; and the Won Ton Soup had an "off" flavour, although the dumplings in it were decent. No one finished their plate, and we threw out the rest of it, so about 2/3 of a $70 meal wound up in the compost. We will not be going back.

Ordered online. The chow mein and lemon chicken was pretty good, but the ginger beef was a soggy mess.

I love this place. The food is good and when I ask for a tweak they always try to do it. Fast good price and

I think its only take away now.
Vegetarian options: Lots of options and always ask.

Delicious food. Great service. Only negative I could find is I would love if you could dine-in. But I will definitely recommend and continue to order take-out from Lum’s

Go somewhere else if you can. I’ve ordered delivery from here maybe 7 or 8 times over the last couple years and each time the chowmein is over cooked, mushy and minimal flavour. The fried rice is fine but also minimal flavour. I haven’t once had meat from here that wasn’t obviously old as it’s rock hard! The breading for the almond chicken is always under cooked as well. It’s just not good food. The people working there are nice but they are often late to deliver and don’t warn you. I was told my food would be delivered by 740 and it did not arrive until 850. I had to call twice before it was delivered. Having to wait 2 hours for bad food was my last straw and I will not order here again.
