Best coffee shop experience we have had in Victoria. Staff was excited to serve and a pleasure to deal with the moment we walked into the shop. They made us Vietnamese Iced Coffee even though it wasn't on the menu, which seems suprisingly hard to find in Victoria. Coffee, sandwich, muffin, and service were all excellent. Thank you!

What joy this lunch was. The young taking the order was exemplary is his dealing with customers and staff. The food and coffee was to die for. This place has the perfect blend of drinks, food and quality staff, my friend from Vancouver was completely blown away by our experience . If I ever owned a coffee shop I would want it to like Macchiato on Broad Street . Is it for sale? Thanks a million for our visit. Five star in everything!

If you are looking for a delightful latte experience, you must visit the warm, inviting wood deck of Macciato Caffe & Paninoteca. I was able to cozy up my scooter right next to my table and sip and savour their delicious Lavender Latte while watching the florist from “Flowers on Top” select gorgeous peonies from their spring flower selection across the street. Gorgeous spot, simply delightful!

I sipped in the delicate flavour of their Lavender Latte and savoured the melt of a buttery croissant while watching the "Flowers on Top" florist pick peony blossoms across the street. Simply delightful!!
