This place always has great coffee and refreshing drinks. The food is delicious too but a bit pricey - worth it though. The staff is lovely!

Lovely coffee shop away from the more crowded areas of downtown. The service was very friendly, and the salads and drinks were excellent. I didn’t have a chance to try the sandwiches but they looked delicious. I highly recommend this cafe.

Working downtown and being a coffee addict, I have tried a lot of the downtown cafes. Macchiato is on a level above the rest and is my daily go-to. Their service is always fantastic, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, the drip coffee is excellent and fairly priced ($2.40 for a regular coffee in your own cup). To top it all off the staff seem happy to be working there and the owner is the one making your espresso - love this place!

I love this place, friendly staff, loads of gluten free, vegan options, delicious coffee!! And central downtown ! Great little patio with lots of sun. Business oriented people. Classy establishment for sure.

The people are so friendly, the food is great, and they always make me a mean single shot lavender latte :) my favourite place to grab a coffee when I’m in the office! I wish I knew names to mention but all your staff are the kindest, hardest working people ♥️

Bitter espresso (maybe a finer grind or a fresher roast?) + lack of a more accurate term: pretentious pencil moustache telling me - customer - there can be no modifications to an order. For context, the modification was a request for extra ice.

My daily spot for morning break when I'm at the office. The muffins and baked goods are delicious, coffee is reliable, and the sandwiches are a bit pricy but fantastic. What really sells Macchiato though is the consistently top-notch, warm and friendly service. Amazing staff.

First-time customer alert !!?⚠️- Seems like this place is a local place since my partner and I have seen many people go in and out to stop by.??‍??‍♂️?‍♀️- Vibe: They have an outside patio and inside seating available. ⛱️- Inside is standard with basic decor.- Only certain drinks can be made with ice. Though, compared to other locations, making an Ice Lavender Latte is no issue. - The experience wise was just not great.. as we both found our drinks TOO sweet? and my partner requested to get it remade. The worker said oh sorry next time... For us, if we went to Starbucks, they would remake it right away. We are not locals. We will not come back next time around.?- 2nd time, I went up to ask the bartender again. She said okay and remade it but mentioned to let them know next time.- She did remake it but just didn't seem like a good vibe.- Coffee shop didn't cut it for me for the next time visit.
