Macchiato Caffe at The Juliet

Never been here before first time took my clients here for coffee and snacks spent 45$ for all coffee and snacks
But the lady with RED HAIRS AND GLASSES ON ,tattoo on her right biceps and chest, SEP 5th time around 9:40am , i asked her one extra cup because for one client cant hold full cup of hot coffee, she got angree and bang my cup on counter and roll her eyes.I was soo shocked the way she behaved and super unprofessional, she is eating muffin while making others coffee you can check camera if I am lying without washing her hands touching everything.
Feel like wastage of money and time in here

I have been to Machiatto on the corner of Blanshard and Johnson a few times. I must say that I cannot comment on their food, as I've only visited for coffee first thing in the morning on my way to class at the Vancouver Island School of Art. The place is small but cozy and welcoming. The service was fast and efficient. I had a decaf Americano, which was quite good, although pricey. I guess coffee is expensive these days, and you have to pay more for quality. I find their coffee much better than Starbucks, and price-wise, they are about the same. I recommend it.

My favourite lavender latte in Victoria. Also the New Yorker sandwich is 10/10. Such high quality meats and cheese, very Italian.

This is my favorite café in downtown Victoria. The food is always great, and the beverages are even better. I recommend the sausage and egg biscuit and the iced matcha or mocha to start your day.

An excellent coffee with my favorite baristas in town! The team including Diane and Rosie will always make you feel happy and at home with a nice warm cup of coffee :)

This place always has great coffee and refreshing drinks. The food is delicious too but a bit pricey - worth it though. The staff is lovely!

Lovely coffee shop away from the more crowded areas of downtown. The service was very friendly, and the salads and drinks were excellent. I didn’t have a chance to try the sandwiches but they looked delicious. I highly recommend this cafe.

Working downtown and being a coffee addict, I have tried a lot of the downtown cafes. Macchiato is on a level above the rest and is my daily go-to. Their service is always fantastic, the atmosphere is clean and inviting, the drip coffee is excellent and fairly priced ($2.40 for a regular coffee in your own cup). To top it all off the staff seem happy to be working there and the owner is the one making your espresso - love this place!

I love this place, friendly staff, loads of gluten free, vegan options, delicious coffee!! And central downtown ! Great little patio with lots of sun. Business oriented people. Classy establishment for sure.

The people are so friendly, the food is great, and they always make me a mean single shot lavender latte :) my favourite place to grab a coffee when I’m in the office! I wish I knew names to mention but all your staff are the kindest, hardest working people ♥️

Bitter espresso (maybe a finer grind or a fresher roast?) + lack of a more accurate term: pretentious pencil moustache telling me - customer - there can be no modifications to an order. For context, the modification was a request for extra ice.
