DONT EAT THEIR WONTON SOUPS! It’s basically uncooked vegetables with old noodles in hot boiling water, I guess the noodles from the day before get tossed in so they don’t have to add water to the bowl? It’s supposed to be broth and I get it, it’s in the mall, it won’t be Michelin grade Pho but this is literally unsalted boiling water. I never thought anyone could ruin such a simple soup but this place somehow found a way

My wife and I were charged double/twice. A wrong receipt was given. The original receipt was never shown. Ended up getting second set of food. It feels like it is a scam. Will never come back.

The food is good - BUT the portions are small. For $15 for rice, breaded meat and a pop they give too little food. All the ingredients are low cost so don’t be so cheap! They don’t like giving out much ice and the drinks are not cold enough unless you ask for extra ice. At lunch time when it’s busy the food is really good. If it’s not busy it can be a bit stale. This could be a 5* review if they would stop nickel and diming on portion size, ice and keeping large cups in stock. Buy an ice machine! You have a successful business - stop being so cheap!

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the quality of food at this location as the rudeness of the cook staff and a mistake by the front counter staff.
I question what is the pont of having a reward system if the staff disregards it? I installed the app on site and when going to pay asked how to get the points. The person at the counter said follow the directions on the pinpad. When I made payment and saw no prompts for rewards, Asked for my receipt and I asked the cook staff who brought out my soup, how do I get the points.
This is where it got fun as he said you have to sign up online and I replied and showed him the app on my phone. I then asked how do I get the points again. He said you can't, you have to do it before paying. I said that's why I asked before i paid. He responded "that's too bad you can't get them. Next time." Well since he was so abrupt, I said no, not next time. He chuckled and said "WHATEVER" and walked away.
Needless to say, I will be uninstalling the app as I will not be going there and letting everyone I know the experience that I had at this location.

When I get Manchu Wok in the mall it’s always good. So I decided to get some door dashed to me. The lo main and honey garlic chicken were great. But the fried rice was tasteless and the chicken balls were teeny and old and one was burnt. I basically mixed everything together to make the good stuff make the bad stuff taste better. Won’t order food from them again but I will check them out in the mall again and if things look good… I’ll have some there. Disappointed.

Went in there 25 minutes before they closed and most of the food was okay. I ordered a side of chicken balls and they tried to give them to me with no sauce. Then when I asked they gave me a tiny container of it and it was entirely dried up goopy mess! The chicken balls themselves were super dry and very gross. I ended up tossing the whole thing in the garbage!

Its in the food court of Mayfair mall. I got a plate with the choice of two main dishes with rice or noodles and an eggroll.Such tasty food, I tried breaded pork, and beef and broccoli along with noodles and veg. Omg I just found out about this place after 6 plus years of looking for good Chinese food In Vic. Will be my go to place for Chinese food now
