The beef kebab was amazing with the yogurt sauce and cilantro chutney. And the firni dessert was so light and delicate. Excellent service as well, our server gave us great recommendations.

What a delicious meal from Mantu … we took our diner home and it was very well packaged with careful presentation, even in take out containers!

All of our food was delicious and how wonderful it is to have the option to eat Afghan and Persian cuisine in downtown Victoria!!
The restaurant has an appealing flare with pops of colour and tasteful design … and finally, the service was excellent - very friendly, welcoming, helpful and good timing.

Easily the best Afghan restaurant in the city, and a likely contender for best restaurant in Victoria as a whole, in my opinion. Don't let the location fool you, this is a hidden gem. Try the dumplings. I won't spoil too much, but it's one of those dishes where there is just enough of everything, everything works well with the other flavors, and nothing takes over the dish. Highly recommended for those who are looking to explore Victoria's culinary scene.

We had a lovely early dinner here. The staff was very welcoming and helped figure out the perfect order. We loved everything, especially the Palaw, Bolani and picked vegetables.

That was my first afghan dish and that was amazing! Love the qabeli palaw. Smell of cumin، well cooked lamb shank. Colorful and tasty! Keep going 👏
