I know some say the prices can be bad here but certain items I find do cost a bit less than places like Lifestyles or Thrifties etc. The selection is good; tofu, cheeses, non-dairy milks and yogurt, cereals etc. Sometimes you can find baked goods in the bakery section as well. They seem to get seasonal products in as well such as unique coffee, creamer, and dandies flavours. They also sell vegan supplements, protein powders, and self-care items. We spent a few days in Victoria and were delighted to find lots of good stuff to get us by. It’s always fun to visit a new place and stumble across items we don’t see back home.
Huge store. American owned but staffed by Canadians and selling many local BC and Canadian products. Glad this chain came to Victoria. There are loads of vegan products and lots of fresh produce, both organic and conventional. Bulk section. Olive bar. Hot and cold buffet that is pay-by-weight. Big frozen section.
