Mary Brown's Chicken

This place was decent when it opened but has gone downhill. Service was lackluster, guy behind the counter was coughing without covering his mouth. We placed an order to go as the tables were dirty. We were over charged, my wife ordered 2 pieces of chicken (no sides) , 12 something for dried up pieces of chicken 1 thigh and 1 wing ....seriously. My buffalo chicken sandwich was literally soaked in sauce, nobody wants that much on a sandwich. 2 pieces of chicken no sides, 1 poutine, 1 chicken sandwich (no sides) almost 34 dollars!!! Won't be returning here, not worth having to double check your order and make sure you're not being overcharged.

Seems like the batter box deals are already refried refrigerated chicken, or the oil isn't clean regularly. The tables were sticky and not clean as well.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mary Brown’s. The food quality was poor – the chicken was greasy and lacked flavor, and the sides tasted like they had been sitting for hours. The service was also very slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or making things right. For the prices they charge, I expected much better. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

The woman that was working tonight Friday august 22 was absolutely the sweetest and very Knowledgeable about the food as I have been before she was so kind and this business is lucky to have her

Came in to pick up dinner & Lucy provided prompt and excellent service! I love to come by to pickup dinner when I’m not in the mood to cook. I absolutely love their big Mary chicken burgers!
