Why is it when I go through drive thru, my food order is handed to me in a bag, but if I go inside and order food to go, they charge me .25 to carry my food? Are drive thru orders automatically charged for the single use bag?

I just waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for a caramel latte. They kept trying to offer me free muffins and pies, but they should’ve just given us our food in our order for free at that point. All we had was 2 cheese burgers a coffee and a latte. Ridiculous.

Nice new place, I been to this location a few times and everytime I come to the counter i wait 5mins then i say 'hello' they don't acknowledge people at the front, but after this was friendly.

I have been here a few times and each time the customer service has been lacking. The hygiene of the food preparation has been questionable with an employee blowing their nose and continuing to work without washing their hands.

We came to this location at 9:00 pm as my daughter wanted to have a bite. The place was empty. I am surprised that practically all McDonalds in North America are not kept well. The sink was dirty. The dining area was a bit messy. Not a nice place to sit and with no clients around why not to clean the dining area and washrooms? It’s not only food, but the place you dine in.
