I asked for a crème egg McFlurry, and this is what I got. I have no idea what this even is. It’s like I got ice cream blended with onions and bread. Is this a joke?

9 times out of 10 there's something wrong with what I get in the morning. Mochas are either not stirred and the hot chocolate is sitting at the bottom or there's barely any in it at all. The bagel breakfast sandwich I order with no cheese but with mayo added either has no mayo and cheese or the smallest possible amount of mayo on it. And iced coffee either has way too much sugar dumped into it or not enough so it just tastes like watered down cold coffee.

Google lists the drive through is open 24 hours, ordered through the app which also listed 24 hour drive through. Showed up to pick up and after waiting in the drive through for quite a few minutes (which was not blocked off) I tried the other lane, no answer. I tried to pull up to the window to see if there was anyone there, no one. Pulled back around and waited another minute before I honked and finally someone answered and told me they are closed from 3:30-4:00 to prepare for breakfast. He was not very polite, I told him I had already placed an order on the app and that it lists they are open 24 hours. The app shouldn’t allow mobile orders if they are closed, and they should be blocking off the drive through. Disappointed as I was on my way to a 12 hour shift and no longer had time to stop somewhere else. The lack of communication and the rudeness of the staff has me writing my first ever poor review.

Too many times now have our orders been shorted by two or more WHOLE ITEMS. I even order inside the restaurant and they still miss things, the entire place was empty of customers so volume is not an excuse. Tried to give me three hot coffees and a bag of food with no drink tray, just zero common sense. For the price of the food, they sure aren't training their staff. I live very close to this location but they won't see another cent of my money. Super disappointed, enough to write the first bad review of my 42 years of life.

What a joke, only McDonald's in history to not offer refills on pop.I asked the staff member, he laughs, shrugs his shoulders and says "We dont do refills here, go to the other one down the road if you want a refill".Thanks for the advice, i will take all my business to the one down the road.
