Food was poor. Sorry. Even breakfast was smaller than the palm of my hand. I had a McGriddle Sandwich. The service was ok but people did have to wait. The atmosphere was very poor with homeless people taking up the front of the restaurant with themselves and all their gear leaving laying customers nowhere to sit, Given the violence I've seen downtown, I can understand why the manager wouldn't want to make them move, but it's your restaurant. We took our food to go after seeing the state the seating area was in and the really poor bathrooms with spit on the walls and overflowing needle disposal units. Just to be clear, people were using it for garbage too not just needles. Get a small hot pressure washer and scrub it down. You're in a great location, you just need staff. I hope our next visit is better. Your cashier was very friendly but very nervous of all the people in the store who were quite sketchy.

I am a regular customer of MCD. It was my first day in Victoria. I visited this place to dine-in at midnight. They didn’t allowed me saying that they have policy not to allow any customer after 12. If you are open just for drive thru and closed for dine-in customers. Please mention it on google maps. I wish there was a option of negative ratings.

It's McDonald's. Cheap? not really.. good? Mediocre at best with a slight taste good feels bad feeling. Besides their overpriced hash browns. However nearly always open.
This is not a trans friendly place to go. Two of my friends went to use the men’s bathroom. One is a cisgenders man and the other a transgender man. An employee followed them into the bathroom and proceeded to yell at them saying he had them on camera and would call the police. He would not stop yelling and threatening them until one said he would just step out and then the employee backed off and followed him out but kept watching them until they left. After that no one wanted to stay and get food. Really bad experience there do not go.

Far too many times for getting my order wrong. Typically 1-2 items, yet incorrect items I'd say 30% of the time. I don't complain because I don't want to make the employee's shifts worse, but will not be returning after being burned too many times even though I live right beside this location.
