Hi, I’m a DoorDash driver. When I went to pick up an order today, the staff refused to give it to me, saying it needed to be in a bag. However, I saw another delivery driver — who was also Filipino, like the staff — receive their order without a bag right in front of me.
When I asked why there was a difference, the staff member said that he is a “regular driver,” so they don’t need to use a bag for him. That is completely unfair and unprofessional. It clearly showed favoritism and disrespect toward me.
When I asked for the manager, the same staff member said she was the manager on duty. She spoke very rudely and disrespected me in front of customers.
Please investigate this situation. All drivers should be treated equally and respectfully, with the same rules applied to everyone.

I had a very bad experience with A&w 2 days ago. I asked for mc veggie and they give me chicken patty . I took a first bite and realized that it is chicken. How come they made the burger as it is and even put it in Mac veggie box but with chicken patty. I am fully vegetarian, haven’t even ate egg. Due to their carelessness i tried the chicken which was awful. The staff was not very friendly. They didn’t refund for that. I was in hurry and asked for bag then they said they will charge me for bag. I had to go so i didn’t say anything. But they really need to focus on small things so they can’t make this kind of mistakes.

I accidentally dropped my smoothie and made quite a mess. One of the managers was quick ti clean it up and prepare a new drink. No blaming game just focused on making it right.

Alright McDonald's. A lot more seating inside than expected. Staff were friendly. Not a fan of the washroom buzzer, then waiting for a staff member to come by and unlock it. Would prefer if the buzzer was at the counter and automatic.
Food was good, I liked the BTS happy meal. Interior was pleasant with the TV and spacious tables. Appreciate the late opening hours.

Went through the drive thru. Hardly even spoke to me and charged me twice after saying the first payment didn’t go through, then refused to refund me even though my bank statement showed two charges. Went in a couple nights before. Lady working said the lobby was closed and that I couldn’t have my food in the store and that I had to leave but there were literally underage teenagers drinking lucky in the corner of the store. Do I have to be a child drinking lucky to be able to use a table?
