Inefficient and unfriendly staff in this branch I went to this McDonald's branch to pick up a quick breakfast, small Mocha, and their new spicy egg wrap. Two orders that came before my order were attended before my order, and I have to follow up. When my order came, I told the staff that it's for take out and with an unfriendly tone told me that I didn't select to pay for the bag and I have to pay first before he puts my orders in the bag. After paying, he did put them in the bag with no care.

Never go inside. This place only cares about their drive thru times. If you go inside you will watch 20+ cars get their food while you wait for a cheeseburger. This is not an oversight it is a choice to give you worse service inside

Their system crashed as my order was placed and I didn’t get an order number. They insisted I would, but when it rebooted I didn’t not. Cancelled my order and went across to A&W at the mall where there was no line and better service.
I’ve come here occasionally over the past year, always via drive-through. It seems most of the negative reviewers went inside, but the drive-through service has been quick and nearly flawless in my experience. I didn’t put 5 stars because they did forget my chicken nugget sauce one time, but the occasional error is to be expected from fast food.
In terms of the drive through service, I’d say it’s one of the fastest around, which may mean they de-prioritize the interior service, explaining some of the bad reviews. The only thing about this drive through is the line up can be very awkward as it can easily extend to the parking lot. I’ve had (usually older) drivers cut in front of me while I was leaving a gap (because you have to leave a gap so folks can enter and leave the parking lot).

The people working there don't know how to treat people. Moreover nobody comes to take orders.First they gave us stale fries.Then we went there and told that the fries are not good then they gave the new ones with not having the proper seasoning and didn't even apologize. They are very rude

I ordered a breakfast wrap and a coffee. I came in ok time. The guy in front of me said he had been waiting for 1/2 hour for his order. The food was still hot when I got home, but all the sauce was at the bottom of the wrap. Yuck, and messy as hell.
